Jen Rapowitz, LMSW

I help adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or like they’re struggling to keep afloat.

If you're emotionally exhausted, stuck in your own head, or going through a major life shift (graduating, ending a relationship, switching careers, or just figuring out who you are right now), therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and finally feel understood.

My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic and relational approaches to explore the deeper patterns behind how you relate to yourself and others. I also integrate tools from CBT, ACT, and DBT.

This work is about more than just “fixing” symptoms. It’s about helping you reconnect with your voice, get clear on what matters to you, and move through the world with more ease and self-trust.

If any part of you is feeling stuck, disconnected, or just done with pretending everything’s fine, you’re in the right place. Let’s talk.
