Jen Rapowitz, LMSW
I help adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or like they’re just trying to keep it together.
If you’re emotionally drained, stuck in your own head, or navigating a major life shift—graduating, ending a relationship, changing careers, or simply figuring out who you are right now—therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and feel genuinely understood.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic and relational frameworks to explore the deeper patterns shaping how you relate to yourself and others, while integrating practical tools from CBT, ACT, and DBT to support real-world change.
I have a track record of success with clients in helping them clarify what truly matters, build better relationships, and move through life with more ease and self-trust. Through this process, clients often experience meaningful change, including stronger relationships, greater confidence, and steadier emotions.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or just tired of holding it all together on your own, you’re in the right place. Let’s talk.
